Lotus Villa Goa - Policy

Welcome to Lotus Villa Goa! We are delighted to have you as our guest. To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay for all our visitors, we have established the following policies:

  1. Reservation and Booking Policy:
    • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a specified deposit or full payment.
    • For booking inquiries and reservations, please contact us at +91 70489 67030.
  2. Check-in and Check-out Policy:
    • Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
    • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • For check-ins between 10 PM to 6 AM, please provide us with a 12-hour prior notice.
  3. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
    • Payment must be made in full before check-in.
    • Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  4. Pet Policy:
    • We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well-behaved pets to our villa. However, to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests.
    • A non-refundable pet fee of ₹2,000 will be charged per night per pet.
    • Only dogs and cats are permitted. No other types of pets are allowed.
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
  5. Occupancy Limits:
    • The number of guests staying in the villa must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the reservation.
    • Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
  6. Kids Policy:
    • Children under 9 stay complimentary.
    • Ages 10 and above incurs an additional cost of 2500 per child per night, details are provided at the time of reservation.
    • Ages 10 and above are considered adults.
  7. Villa Rules:
    • Lotus Villa Goa is intended for residential use. Commercial activities and events must be approved in advance.
    • Loud music is not permitted after 11 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
    • Lotus Villa Goa is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please secure your belongings.
  8. Smoking Policy:
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are provided.
  9. Guest Conduct:
    • Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly during their stay.
  10. Food Policy:
    • Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
    • Chef-on-call service is available at an additional cost with prior notice.
    • Outside food is allowed.
  11. Changes to Terms Policy:
    • Statement about the villa’s right to update or modify policies, and how guests will be informed.
