Lotus Villa Goa - Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Reservation:
    • By making a reservation at Lotus Villa Goa, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
    • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a specified deposit or full payment.
  2. Check-in and Check-out:
    • Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
    • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Payment and Cancellation:
    • Payment must be made in full before check-in.
    • Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation. Refer to your reservation confirmation for details.
  4. Villa Rules:
    • The villa is designated for residential use only. No commercial activities or events are allowed without prior approval.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas may be provided.
    • Pets are allowed, subject to prior written approval.
    • A pet fee of ₹1,000 per pet per night will be charged. This fee is non-refundable.
    • Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay.
  5. Occupancy Limits:
    • The number of guests staying in the villa must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the reservation.
    • Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
  6. Security Deposit:
    • A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover potential damages or additional charges.
    • The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection.
  7. Facilities and Amenities:
    • Guests are responsible for using all villa facilities and amenities safely and responsibly.
    • Any loss or damage to villa property or amenities may result in additional charges.
  8. Liability:
    • Lotus Villa Goa is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the villa premises.
    • Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings. Lotus Villa Goa is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
  9. Changes to Terms:
    • Lotus Villa Goa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Guests will be notified of any changes.
